The policy details page shows your policy status, policy number, monthly premium, insured person, start date, digital insurance card, recent claims, and documents. Your visa compliance confirmation letter and other policy documents are available to download as soon as you sign up. From the policy details page, you can also add dependents, cancel your policy, and check the status of your claims.

You can access your Expat health insurance policy details by following these steps:
Log in to your Feather account.
Open the policies section.
Select your expat health insurance policy to view its details.

Which expat health insurance documents can I download after signing up?
Your expat health insurance documents are available to download from your Feather account immediately after you sign up. The following documents are included:
Visa & immigration letter (also called Visa compliance confirmation letter and in some cases, Letter to the Immigration office or Immigration Compliance Letter): the document you present to local authorities for your visa or residence permit. The letter is written in both the local language and English, and it lists the insurance requirements that your expat health insurance meets in the country where you're insured. The name of this letter can vary by country.
Expat Health EU confirmation of coverage: a confirmation of your coverage in English and German. This document is for your own records only and isn't needed for official purposes.
Insurance conditions: the full terms and conditions of your expat health insurance policy, in English.
Resident permit insurance certificate (Portugal only): if you're insured in Portugal, we also provide this separate certificate for your appointment with AIMA (Agência para a Integração, Migrações e Asilo) regarding your residence permit.
Residency and tax registration letter (Sweden only): if you're insured in Sweden, we also provide this residency and tax registration letter specifically for EU citizens who are establishing their new residence in Sweden.
Authorization to operate in Greece (Greece only): if you're insured in Greece, we also provide this document so that the Greek authorities can verify that our insurance provider is listed in the Bank of Greece register of insurance undertakings under the freedom to provide services in Greece
Ireland visa compliance confirmation (Ireland only): if you're insured in Ireland, we also provide this this additional visa compliance confirmation document, since in some cases, the Irish authorities specifically ask for a table of benefits.
Can I get printed copies of my expat health insurance documents?
We provide expat health insurance documents in digital format only and don't send physical copies. You can download your documents from your Feather account and print them yourself if you need paper copies for a visa or residence permit appointment.
