The policy details page shows your policy status, policy number, insured person, and start date. From this page, you can also open your digital insurance card, add dependents, cancel your policy, view recent claims, and access your policy and visa-related documents.
How do I access my policy details in my Feather account?
You can access your Expat health insurance policy details by following these steps:
Log in to your Feather account.
Open the policies section.
Select your expat health insurance policy to view its details.
Your policy details page opens and shows your policy information and documents.
What information is shown on my policy details page?
The Expat heath insurance policy details page displays the following information about your coverage:
Your policy status and policy number
Your monthly premium
The name of the insured person
Your policy start date
Your digital insurance card
Recent claims and the current status of each claim
Your policy documents and any visa-related documents
Which documents are available in my account after signing up?
Your expat health insurance documents are available to download from your Feather account immediately after you sign up. The following documents are included:
Visa & immigration letter (also called Visa compliance confirmation letter and in some cases, Letter to the Immigration office or Immigration Compliance Letter): this is the document you'll need to present to the local authorities. The letter contains is both in the local language and in English. It lists the insurance requirements that we meet in the country.
Resident permit insurance certificate (Portugal only): if you're insured in Portugal, we also provide this separate certificate for your appointment with AIMA (Agência para a Integração, Migrações e Asilo) regarding your residence permit.
Ireland visa compliance confirmation (Ireland only): if you're insured in Ireland, we also provide this this additional visa compliance confirmation document, since in some cases, the Irish authorities specifically ask for a table of benefits.
Authorization to operate in Greece (Greece only): if you're insured in Greece, we also provide this document so that the Greek authorities can verify that our insurance provider is listed in the Bank of Greece register of insurance undertakings under the freedom to provide services in Greece
Expat Health EU confirmation of coverage in English and German (this is only for your records and not needed for official purposes).

Can I get printed copies of my expat health insurance documents?
We provide expat health insurance documents in digital format only and don't send physical copies. You can download your documents from your Feather account and print them yourself if you need paper copies for a visa or residence permit appointment.

You can manage several parts of your expat health insurance policy directly from the policy details page. The available actions are:
