Expat health insurance premiums are age-banded: €72/month for ages 0–64 and €258/month for ages 65–74, with coverage available for up to 5 years from arrival. Coverage is currently limited to ages 0–74. Those 75 and older can contact our support team for other options. There are no family or group discounts; each person needs their own individual policy, priced according to their own age.

How much does expat health insurance cost?

Expat health insurance covers newcomers aged 0–74 for up to 5 years from your arrival date. The insurance premiums depend on your age:

  • For ages 0–64, the premium is €72 per month (€864 per year).

  • For ages 65–74, the premium is €258 per month (€3,096 per year).

Can I get expat health insurance if I'm 75 or older?

Expat health insurance currently covers newcomers aged 0–74. We do not offer coverage for people aged 75 and older. You can contact our support team for more assistance or additional resources.

Do you offer family or group discounts on expat health insurance?

We do not offer family or group discounts on expat health insurance. Each person needs their own individual policy, and premiums are calculated per person based on age.
