  3. You will receive a confirmation email from MD Medicus with the appointment link and details.

What happens after I complete a video doctor consultation?

After your appointment, MD Medicus will send you an online invoice. You must pay the invoice in full before you can submit it for reimbursement. To submit your claim, log in to your Feather account and upload a copy of the paid invoice through the claims portal.

Your consultation costs will be reimbursed according to your policy coverage.
